Food is good but not really a place to go to eat with your family. This is a hookah bar and filled with youngsters and smoke. More of a late night hangout place for college students.

Great place for late night food. All of their menu items are tasty and their hookah and teas are great.

My husband and I have been here twice together. He goes there quite often with his friends. We both like the place. Service is kinda slow but the Kabobs are good and so is the Tomayo garlic sauce. The Arabic mint tea is good too. Shisha is pretty good. My husband smokes shisha often with his friends and really likes their grape mint flavor. He has taken me to a few shisha places in Houston since I moved here Feb 16, 2013 and this is the best one so far. He loves Ranosh because he says it reminds him of the shisha cafes from back home in Cairo, Egypt.

Absolute best place in Houston! They are open until 2am. I have been here many times with family and friends. Its an open air sitting environment. Very middle eastern feel to the place. If you have never been to Ranosh, you are missing out.
