Fish & Co. serves all food in a unique Mediterranean style - in a pan! This was an inspiration drawn from the simple practices of South African fisherman; who caught seafood fresh from the seas and cooked them immediately in the pan. I visited Fish & Co hoping to enjoy their famous fish & chips, but unfortunately the experience was quite disappointing. The fish & chips were extremely oily, and the excess grease actually made me feel quite nauseous after eating. The portion was decent, but the heaviness of the oil really affected the taste and overall enjoyment of the meal. I hope they can improve the frying process so the food is lighter and less greasy.
