Pita Grill

This is a very nice cozy place with very welcoming and friendly staff. The shawarma / donairs are the best in the city of Calgary! Best part is that the ends are wrapped with a secondary layer of thin pita to prevent spillage and mess. Pricing is average, but the taste and the cleanliness is awesome! Their platter is also amazing with a variety of salad options. Thank you Pita Grill!

I've tried a number of donair stores, and if I that's what I was looking for, I would look elsewhere. The quality/taste of the meat was far below average, and their donair sauce leaves much to be desired - you can't even notice it. Obviously they have alternatives there, such as mediterranean dishes, and if I'm close by and really hungry, I would consider returning to try something else - but I would not return for a donair.
