I second the last review (which was made many moons ago). Excellent halal option for muslims working at Jefferson Hospital or around the area. The menu is simple and very inexpensive.

Excellent halal lunch option. Right next to Jefferson hospital, often come out for lunch at this cart rather than eating the bland hospital cafetaria food. Talked to the cart owner, he's a muslim brother who confirmed everything is halal. The chicken and lamb both tasted fresh and the prices are very reasonable too. Highly recommend if you need to grab a quick lunch in downtown on walnut street.

Food cart. Family owned. Hard working. Good price. Great food. Work at jefferson hospital and come here for lunch frequently. Prefer the lamb rice and gyro over the chicken.
