At Sitar Cuisine Of India, we turn the act of eating, whether by yourself or with a group of friends into an experience which will never be forgotten. The decor, the friendly staff together with the fusion of old and new Indian cuisine is what makes us unique. India, one of the oldest civilizations, is as diversified in its culinary traditions as it is in it languages, dresses, and religions. In our restaurant, we would like to introduce you to one of the most refined styles of regional cooking, which is similar to Northern Indian food today. Most Indian cuisines are related by similiar usage of spices. Often, Indian cooking is distinguished by the use of a larger variety of vegetables than many other well-known cuisines. Open 7 days a week. Lunch and dinner buffet. Naans served hot at your table.

Zabiah Halal Meat Served Here~~~~ Impressive service and very high quality food! Do not miss this place. Great family outing as well. Mango ice cream was just awesome!
Even though the owners are muslims they serve alcohol on premises- doubt the meat is halal.
Terrible Naan and Lassi (we ordered the sweet one). The chicken jal frazi is decent if you order it spicy. The service overall was sub-par--not attentive and slow.
Good food but not the most authentic tasting. A lot of my American friends like this place because of the mild taste. Some times I wonder if the bread and parathas are just frozen and not made in house. Friendly owners, would go here again
Delicious desi cuisine north of Houston! I love eating at Sitar, everything on the menu and in the buffet is a hit. My all time favorites- Chicken Makani (butter chicken), Saag Paneer (spinach with chunks of cheese), and Vegetable Khorma to name a few. I highly recommend these along with garlic naan. Buffet is a bit pricey but worth it with the amount of variety. Mango lassi is by far the best in Houston!
Overpriced buffet with not many meat items. Can't complain about the food though. They serve alcohol like any upscale Desi restaurant.
