Papacitos Mexican Grille

The food was excellent and I particularly liked the beans. We went there on the spur of the moment and it turned out to be a great idea. I had the Chicken Tacos Picante Plate with hard shells. I loved the shredded chicken with the crunch of the taco shells. They gave us taco chips with salsa as appetizers. There were 3 adults and 5 children and we were all satisfied.

A very good experience. Food was excellent and service was great. Will go again.

Really good food, especially the carne asada or anything with steak in it. Good service. Hole in the wall type place but those are always the best ones anyway

I had the Carne Asada, which was essentially steak with beans and rice. Everything was delicious though the steak was tough to pull apart without a proper plate and cutlery. If you order this, I recommend you eat-in rather than take it to go. Also, if you have one meal in Chicago, I would make it this!

Went here on a Sunday night with my wife and we were very happy with the food. We had soup, an appetizer, and two entrees and were not disappointed. Nice staff as well.

I've never been a restaurant such a rude workers"¦I said waitress "I'm not familiar with Mexican meals,what do you advice?" She just gawped at me"¦I'm sure that the Mexican foods aren't outrage as they cooked"¦I don't advice anybody to go there...

My first Halal Mexican Place in Chicago. Great food. The combo plates have big portions for a low price. Chips and salsa as soon as sit down.

Amazing amazing mexican food and every thing "zabihah halal"! what a great place to go out and eat! they served free chips and salsa which i found very nice as most good restaurants serve some sort of appetizer (bread, butter, salad etc) but most zabihah places do not bother to do that! so I found it very nice! The waitresses were very chaty and answered all my questions very nicely! They checked almost three times if every thing was okay and if I needed anything! I ordered Carne Asada. It was much better than my expectations. The beef steak was perfectly done and very juicy! It came with beans, rice, sour cream, avocados and tortillas! very filling and tasty! I would love to go back and try enchilladas, combination platters and Pollo Asado con Mole Plate! Highly recommended!

The food was not that great and the all employees were extremely rude. There was only one dish that was good, but I forgot what it was called (not the recommended dish in the menu). Anyway, the waitress was ignorant, ill-mannered and had no sense of customer service. it took us 1 hour to get our food and when I asked the waitress does it usually take this long to get food, she became upset and very very rudely said, we are busy that's why. What a terrible attitude. I would not waste your money here.

Great food! I ordered a beef Taco and my husband ordered a Enchilada/Taco and we ordered nachos. I was real impressed. The Nachos were very good and tasty. Different from any other tacos I have ever had

Went here tonight for halal mexican, I asked the server specifically if all the meat was halal or if only the chicken was. Having been to Mamacita's in the past I know only the chicken was halal. She assured me it was Zabiha halal. Salsa and chips were good. I had the Carne Asada plate which was excellent. Guacomole appetizer was also fresh. The wife had a burrito solo with steak which was also good. Their Fish tacos are supposed to be the best in the city but I didnt try them since I could eat Steak! I will definitely go again when its time for mexican
