Halal sign outside restaurant and also verbally confirmed by restaurant staff. This restaurant was always busy when we walked past, even queuing outside on some occasions so we decided to give it a try. The first time we visited they said they were full (despite there being many empty tables) so we went to another restaurant across the street. The second time we visited we went early evening and had no problem getting a table. The third time we visited we phoned ahead to book a table but when we arrived they first denied we had made a reservation, and then blamed the junior staff member who took our reservation over the phone, saying they shouldn't have taken the reservation as the restaurant was full. Long story short, they eventually seated us outside even though it was raining. Despite the problems getting a table 2 out of 3 times we visited the service was prompt and the food tasty. On balance I would probably return but only because if there was any problem getting a table I would instantly go to one of the other equally good if not better restaurants in the same street.

GoogleThe food is delicious and fresh, and the atmosphere of the restaurant is beautiful with a charming old Persian style. Every time I visit Munich, I make sure to visit Al Dehbashi Restaurant.

GoogleOverall, I’d give it 8/10. lamb kebab 9/10 very good 👍🏼 Sultani dish 9/10 very good 👍🏼 Rice 8.5/10 Hummus 5/10 NOT good but still eatable Yogurt 6.5/10 Bread 🥖 7/10 I’d prefer if it was served hot. A bit pricey consider around a 100€ for 2 persons. Thank you for the tea that was served after the meals. Complimentary!

GoogleThe service was very friendly, and the restaurant has a traditional, cozy Persian ambiance that makes you feel comfortable. The food was tasty, though I would have liked a bit more vegetables or rice. It was slightly greasy, but overall a pleasant experience.

GoogleVery friendly staff & nice traditional Persian decoration. My review will be only based on the food that I have ordered, which are shown below in the photos. The food is very fresh and good quality and I would rate my experience based on my order from 3.5 to 4 stars. I believe this restaurant have a great potential to improve customer experience, Maybe by providing more fresh bread ( hot from the oven) to be served with appetizer rather than room temperature bread or reheated! master keiar was not nice at all, it’s seem that it was Straight from the container. Beef kabab was okay (good) but can be improved and the Chicken kabab was excellent. Price was fair, but not cheap Service was also quick and staff were there if we needed anything. They are in very competitive location where there are many Persian restaurants around, so they need continuous improvement to stay ahead.
