The peri peri chicken burger is awesome. Everyone should get one! Never had any problems. Only down side is that they don't deliver!

I had a really disappointing experience here. When I was placing my order, the staff member wasn’t even paying attention. He was on his phone and didn’t bother writing anything down. I found that really disrespectful. When he finally got off his phone, he made me repeat the whole order again. When I came to collect the order, I politely asked to check that everything was in the bag (because they’ve forgotten items in previous orders). Instead of handling it professionally, the staff member started raising his voice at me just for asking a simple question. When I told him to calm down, he raised his voice even more and tried to embarrass me in front of other customers. I won’t be going back. If you can’t treat your customers with basic respect, you don’t deserve their business. It’s a shame because I actually enjoy the peri burger, but the rude and disrespectful service has completely put me off.
