Ordered pizza from this place over the phone. Was advised it would be ready to collect in 25 minutes.... Bearing in mind it was almost a 10 mile round trip I arrived on time. The place was absolutely full, no space to move. I mentioned my order number and the person behind the counter said it was just coming out of the oven and would take five minutes. I had a bag of chips which I collected from the chip shop next door so was keen to get home so the food does not get cold. I could hear customers complaining that they had waited half an hour standing around (non phone orders) After 25 minutes waiting in the shop my pizzas were ready. It was pointless phoning in advance as it was clear the order hadn't even gone in the oven when I arrived. When I told the person why he quoted me 25 minutes on the phone and took 50 minutes, he just gave a sarcastic comment back. It's like as if he gets it all the time. They really need to focus on customer service as it's appalling. The pizzas themselves were ok, not great. I'd give them 5/10. Wouldn't go back to this place ever again after the experience. And judging by MANY other reviews, the poor attitude of staff is normal Avoid !!!!
