Olive Express was founded in the D.C. metro area and provides a full menu of breakfast, lunch/dinner, and a full-service Starbucks Coffee House. Our food is made from fresh ingredients and is "Simply Good for You." We specialize in Mediterranean cuisine, with a menu that also focuses on paninis, deli sandwiches, and salads. Whatever you do, don't order the roasted beef sandwich. It is terrible and flavorless. I ended up tossing it. Maybe their other items are good. Will give it another try.

I tried this place a couple days back. There is no sign displayed which says that they use halal meat. I am not sure the person who listed this restaurant as having "full halal" menu verified if the "Ham" on their menu is from hand slaughtered "zabiha" pigs(pun intended). The point is that they even have ham sandwiches on their menu, I don't think this place offers zabiha halal meat.

Spicy Gyro sandwich is real good. Nice, clean place. Service is friendly too. Please note this place is only open for lunch.

Tried Chicken Shawrma with basmati rice and olive salad; not bad at all. Owners seem very nice. The place is clean and prices are very reasonable. I will recommend this place to all.

I happened to be passing by in the area and I decided to drop by here and glad that I did. This place was marvelous as they have tons of mouth watering Dehli items. It was confirmed that all the meat is Zabihah. I had the Roast Beef Panini sandwich and it tasted delicious. The prices were really low and the service was top of the line as all the staff members were extremely helpful and courteous. The place has an ample amount of seating and is neat and clean. I hope to return to try their other items.

I work in the same complex as this Deli and it has been a blessing during busy times to find good halal food. My fav are Chicken Taouk, Chicken Panini and New york Roast Beef sandwich. First time I had a bad experience with lamb schwarma. But I went again and the other items turned out to be very delicious and made well. The service is also excellent.
