Al Hussain is a great spot to get food or tea/coffee. Open air restaurant can be very busy. The area is almost all arab and there are helpful staff around. Give it a try.
We searched for this restaurant and finally found it today on Soi Sukhumvit 3/1. It's in a side street so a bit tricky to find. After some help from our hotel concierge at Sofitel Sukhumvit we found it. its not too far from Sofitel. We had brunch at this place and the food was quite good I just found the rice to be a bit sticky. The price is fair as well. We enjoyed the food and decided to pick up a takeaway veg pizza at night. It was delicious! They serve really good parathas as well freshly prepared in front of you. There's a mosque nearby too at Sahara hotel. This side street is packed with a lot of Halaal restaurants so it might be worthwhile to visit this area of Sukhumvit for good Halaal food.
Visited this place with my wife - the food was quite food and the service was also good. They have an outside seating area where you can smoke sheesha and two floors for indoor eating. The restaurant is decorated reasonably well and the food tastes good. The place is also clean with good service.
