Serving alcohol. Like many muslim restaurants. Main dishes cost between 30-60 rmb. Mutton kabobs cost 5 each. Located on third floor of building past mcdonalds entrance that has an entrance to a food mall. Take mc donalds to your left, walk past paris baguette and then its the second or third door. Take escalators to the 3rd floor. Walk up the escalators and the two restaurants in the corners on the othet side of the eacalators are uygur. You will see arabic writing (small) at the entrances
