Went there when the halal place close by turned out not to be halal anymore. The owner greeted us with a salam since my wife was wearing hijab. One of the workers was from Bangladesh. The owner mentioned that the beef and lamb were halal but not the chicken. The staff were very kind to us and chatted with us and even offered my son a free lassi. We didn't know the place was halal when we first went in so ended up ordering an eggplant dish and a shrimp one. They were both very tasty. I highly recommend this place for both the kind staff and tasty food.
Wow, the food here was fantastic! Exceeded my expectations. I had the chicken madras and the lamb balti. Both were very tasty, with a nice amount of spiciness and the quality of meat seemed very good. The nan was enjoyable too. I liked the sauce in the dishes so much I ate just about all of it with the nan! They gave me a small glass of mango lassi at the end for free with the check and THAT was really good too. Would definitely come here again. I know people often sit outside but I sat inside and liked it, the service was attentive and nice.
