Tinseltown

The burger was so dry and full of non-meat items that I had to request them to take it back. Then I ordered chops which was another disappointment. It is extremely disappointing that after building such a good reputation, Tinseltown has not improved the quality. A burger is made on a pan and not grilled and it should not contain non-meat bits.

I had already been to the one in town, so with anticipation I went there with my family. After ordering te burger challenge, got to say how deflated it looked. Felt like asking what happen to te sizes. I remember hw big and plentiful t was, but now it looked pitiful and not, NOT, the money they charged for it. Definitely a big disappointment. Too pricey for what they are giving. Nearly fret say how poor the service was. No response, no smie and no interaction.

I really liked the restaurant. Creative delicious juicy burgers. Large portion. But very high music played in their, wish they can lower it a little.

On the whole the food is quite good - especially the burgers and steaks - not entirely convinced by the kids' food - the nuggets is pretty awful as are the sausages. the shakes have really gone down as have the smoothies. getting complacent.
