Nando's

There was a clear sign on the door stating all chicken is Halal. We had a meal with 4 side orders and all were good. The "Medium" heat wasn't really hot. But the taste was good. The nuts were great though.

Carl, what makes you say it is confirmed not halal? Please share with us your evidence if you have. Thanx

I wouldn't say this is in Westminster, in fact it's in Bayswater. Food is good though. Previous manager has moved to the one at New Change near St Paul's, which is confirmed as NOT halal.

Food is good, sadly the service SUCKS! The guy taking the order at the counter could at least give you the time of day... He's bored with his job perhaps... Nando's keep this up

We always come to this Nando's when shopping in west London. However, on my most recent visits I have found that they have the most obnoxious staff ever! The food is normal fair you would expect in any Nando's, there is ampe seating upstairs as well. But be aware that during evening hours this place gets ram-packed with people until the staff cant cope. Nice place to eat if you fancy some halal Nando's while shopping in west london. Go during Lunch to avoid length waiting times!

i absolutely love this nando's, even more than the franchises in saudi arabia and pakistan. the chicken is absolutely phenomenal as is the peri peri sauce. wings are my absolute favorite. the service is pretty friendly too. you get free refills on sodas and the fiery hot grilled chicken; what else can you ask for?!

They may serve alcohol but I've never seen 'Too many drunks'. Other than their dubious meat source, this branch of Nando's is always crowded - which is annoying if you just want to turn up. Nando's I find is also generally overpriced. Buy the Nando's Peri Peri sauce and make your own at home.

ASALAMUALAIKUM...i have eaten Nando's in Hounslow, Slough and Bayswater.. all are certified to be halal.. have seen certificates and everything. it is true what someone said about Nando's lying then they would get the GUNNAH' not us.i have obviously made sure that the places i eat arre halal otherwise i would not eat there and neither would my family, but if any one is unsure of whetha they are halal or not then they most definately should not east from the places where they are in doubt. thats whats it says..if in doubt dont eat it. jazakallah.

In the whole of London, there is only on halal Nando's Restaurant which is at Bayswater. The others are not halal. Anyway, the chicken that I had at nando's was brilliant.

This places serves HALAL food, if it it not halal and they are lying then that had committed wrong, not the person eating it

Assalamualaikhuom, How can we muslims eat in Nandos when it is haram in the first place. The environment is unsuitable for muslim sisters and good muslim families. Too many drunks, they serve alcohol, we must question their source of meat supplies whether it is halal or haram. In fact what I have read so far and also find out about Nandos is not so good! The meat suppliers are from Freemans which is an English firm which also sells pork and bacon. I have contacted several mosques in London to find out more. They say that Freemans is highly unreliable as well as it is absolutely haram due to many reasons.

Please brothers and sisters in Islam, It will be very, very wrong to say that Nandos (UK) restaurants are certified halal when Nandos main suppliers of chickens are Freemans. I went to Halal conference at ICC (Islamic Cultural Centre & London Mosque) which is known as to everyone as Regent Park Mosque in London. I found out that Freemans the main suppliers of Nandos are unreliable and not halal at all. Please check with Dr Teinaz of ICC, the Health Advisor and the Halal committee of ICC. The food is brilliant, just thought it best to mention to those not aware even though the Chicken is halal the salad & the olives are not. The Salad has a "white wine" dressing & the Olives are marinated again using "white wine".

Slough Nandos serves Halal chicken. The service is good however the portions at times can be small. Overall a good eating establishment.

Nandos in Bayswater is Ok! Slightly small and can feel bit cramped. Often they make you feel as if you have to rush. The portions are small as well but that depends on luck somedays you get reasonable portions. Service is average. However the food is great.
