I gotta echo what Jackie said. Poor management here. Never enough cashiers you have people lined up halfway into the aisles. A responsible manager would see that his associates are drowning in customers and would put someone else on the till opposed to having three tills open one person working on the brand new self-checkouts that's got like 15 tills I literally had two items so I'm supposed to go wait behind multiple people that are lined up into the aisles. Always shopping carts full because they're self-checkouts refuse accept cash and they won't hire any cashiers. Absolutely ridiculous. I can't tell what they hate more. They're customers or the staff If you guys don't want people to spend cash money here they will simply shop somewhere else. I'm not going to wait in line for 20 plus minutes for three items because ur criminally understaffed or here's the tip. Let's make the self-checkouts accept cash like they used to. Wouldn't that be wonderful? Then we could shop in peace i just left my items and walked out wasnt the only one your customer service standards are much higher. I tried to go through the self-checkout as I only had two items and the person refused me and tried to send me back into the massive lineup of multiple shopping carts full of items. You guys should just close your store earlier if you don't want people to shop here and the fact that no cashiers are comfortable calling for backup shows that management wants them to drowned here standards for customer service. That's hilarious at Loblaw's got any other good funny jokes?
