I eat afghani all the time but this place had the most tasty kabul rice i have ever eaten. I took my cousins after going shopping, ordered chsppli kebabs which were okay but, shank kabli meat was so temder and rice flavorful. Chicken and shish kabobs were good too.

Nice little Afghani place close to downtown Hayward. Tried the Chapli Kabob plate and was pleasantly surprised at how much meat they give you! Very \"fat\" chaplis. Although I wish it was a bit crispier. The salad that comes with the plate is good, but the side of channa (garbanzo beans) and potato was way too small (it tasted good though). Friendly service and nicely decorated interior. Limited seating inside (approx. 9 small tables).
