The Desi Food Galaxy is a unique experience, you find Indo-Pak, South Indian, North Indian, Punjabi, Gujarati, and Chinese under one roof! Sounds crazy but that is exactly what this place is. Each stand with the DFG makes their own food and does not step on one another. Basically if you want Tea/Drink you go to one stall, if you want kabobs you go to the other. We opted to try Khan Kabab Express and good thing we did. Very good service and reasonably priced. No CC surcharges, surprises or gratuities like we found at other places in NJ. The food is prepared fresh right in front of you and delicious. Khan Kabab makes mainly different types of kababs and you pick up Naan from the Punjabi stall. Add to this that the Gujarati stall next door made us a cup of tea with masala.....perfect! There are lot of places that you can go to but what matters is quality of the food and service.
