Tried Dolan Uyghur Cuisine recently and overall it was a solid experience. We ordered the beef samosa, the bread topping was really nice and crispy, but the beef inside could definitely use a bit more seasoning. The cold noodles with lamb skewers were good, the skewers were the highlight, super tender and juicy, while the cold noodles made a refreshing combo. Also loved the secret fried noodles, they were really satisfying. Overall, I’d give it a 7.5/10. Portion sizes could be a bit better, and the ambiance could use some improvement. That said, we went on a public holiday, paid in cash, and weren’t charged any extra surcharges or holiday rates, which was a big win. Would go again 👍
