Mary Brown's is a Canadian fast-food restaurant which mainly serves fried chicken and 'taters' or potato wedges. For 50 years, we've been crafting Mary's Chicken and Taters by hand in every store - starting with whole, fresh, local Canada Grade A chicken and farm fresh potatoes. If you come here avoid the coleslaw salad it is garbage. The chicken was very good, gravy was okay. Not too much seating area to sit. The best deal is probably just to buy the chicken or sandwiches.

This is the best fried chicken in the city IMO. It tastes fresh. I agree that the Big Mary sandwich is delicious. Service is very fast.

I would have to say we eat here more than anywhere else! The best fried chicken in the city (in my opinion). The Big Mary is a great sandwich with a good size piece of chicken - very tender. They have l'il Mary's for the kids, which is a good size bun and chicken for them. Their chicken pieces are also really good - but check their website for coupons before going, as they will only give you the price if you have the coupon - you'll find great deals (such as 15 pieces for $19.00). We usually get their poutine as well, which comes with a choice of either taters or fries. Their pub style wings aren't too bad either.

i think their chicken is O.K but i still say the the new store open in downtown is better, that place is halal becuase i asked the chicken supplier. i would reccomend this restuarant in the south area

Ordered some fried chicken at this location, and the taste and crispness was perfect. Bright environment and easy parking. I believe you can order takeout too.
