Willowton palace is situated in the heart of Pietrmaritzburg , KwaZulu Natal, on the corner of Longmarket and Thomas Street. This award winning restaurant has built up a reputation of providing excellent quality authentic North Indian food with chefs of the highest calibre, who themselves have won various accolades. Every item on our menu is prepared with authentic Indian herbs and spice whilst each dish is prepared in our kitchens with extreme care to ensure you consistently good quality. After 12 successful years we have expanded and redecorated our Santa Clara restaurant in 1995 to serve you better. We now have a bigger dining area and fully fledged coffee bar. We also cater for parties and other functions anywhere in the greater Pietermaritzburg area. We have experience in catering for events with over 2000 people.

GoogleI’m extremely disappointed with my experience at Willowton Palace. I bought a bunny chow and it was honestly the worst I’ve ever eaten. The few pieces of meat inside were completely undercooked and mostly just bones. The potatoes tasted like plain boiled “water potatoes” with no flavour at all and the base of the bunny was thick dry bread the size of a quarter ,Absolutely unsatisfactory. I expected much better quality from this place, but this was a total letdown. I definitely won’t be ordering from them again.
