Fusion was created by a group of like minded individuals who thought that dining should be about fantastic choice, good value, quality and luxurious surroundings. At Fusion we offer an extensive multi-cuisine buffet along with bespoke meals cooked to your order in open theatre kitchens by our experienced chefs. All halal food sold is cooked separately. Our contemporary and chic environment allows you to relax and enjoy the exquisite cuisine and excellent service. All this for one fixed price is the Fusion ultimate dining experience.
