Basha is a pioneer of Lebanese fast-food in Canada, founded in Montreal in 1977 by Chef Fadl Issa. The restaurant chain revolutionized the Canadian quick-service industry by introducing a transparent "what you see is what you eat" buffet-style setup, allowing customers to customize their meals with freshly prepared ingredients. Today, Basha operates numerous locations across Quebec, Ontario, and British Columbia, and is widely celebrated for serving traditional Middle Eastern favorites such as shawarma, shish taouk, falafel, hummus, and tabouli.

Visited Montreal in August with the family. Came home tired and wanted some good food for takeout back to the hotel. The staff was very friendly. I used the Google Translate App to tell them exactly what I wanted. The portion sizes were big and food tasted great.
The food exquisite and none can compare. The place was very quiet just to my liking. Overall 10/10 restaurant.
