Per April 10, 2011 GBK website, the chicken used for burgers is Halal and is cooked in 100% rapeseed oil in a fryer specified for chicken only, however the grilled chicken used for salads and kebobs are cooked on the same grill as the bacon. The beef, lamb, and venison are not Halal. GBK does not offer halal Grilled Chicken as an option.

I always love a panko chicken burger from GBK. I got the Satay Bomb this time which I've not seen on the menu before and was lovely. I'll definitely be getting it again next time I visit. The staff were very friendly and made us very comfortable. It was also 50% off burgers which made it great value.
