Authorized halal by an Islamic organization.. Per April 10, 2011 GBK website, the chicken used for burgers is Halal and is cooked in 100% rapeseed oil in a fryer specified for chicken only, however the grilled chicken used for salads and kebobs are cooked on the same grill as the bacon. The beef, lamb, and venison are not Halal. GBK does not offer halal Grilled Chicken as an option.

Good burgers, nice fillings although they've gone for the healthy option so there isn't an overload of mayo/ cheese inside! Nice place to dine with friends/ colleagues but definitly not a proper family restaurant.
