I was looking forward to this visit and hoped to feel a sense of connection, even though we are far from home... The shop itself and the food were not my concern, in fact, I appreciated the effort there. It is quite a good shop with wides variety of halal goods and meat with chicken, we take lotst for shopping too... Unfortunately, What left me disappointed was the attitude and service. There was no warmth or engagement toward customers, and instead the focus seemed elsewhere. I had expected more warm and caring interaction,but alas, my expectations were too high... Hospitality matters just as much as the food, and I sincerely hope this can be improved so others can feel more welcome in the future, just as our country is known for its warm and kindness, may we also strive for betterment.
