The staff of this restaurant has verbally confirmed halal status. Only the chicken wings are not Halal.
Located at the site of the former La Shish. Palm Palace is a Mediterranean chain known for its bright flavors and freshness, delicate marinades for chicken, lamb and beef kabobs which rely on the essential combinations of fresh lemon, aromatic olive oils and fragrant spices.

Great food, probably the best Arabic sitdown restaurant in the AA/Ypsi area (for the times when Dearborn is too far haha). The service has been hit or miss for me when I go to eat in, but pickup has been flawless. Their meat entrees and sandwiches are phenomenal, last time I got the lamb chops which were beyond amazing. Only reason this place isn\'t getting 5 stars from me is the hit/miss service, but I know I\'ll be back.
Now they sell alcohol
Very good. I always get the chicken shawarma. The hummus is excellent but a little pricey.
Great food and service. The lemon tawook is good and so is the fresh squeezed juice. Definitely worth the money.
The food here was great. I was stopping by for lunch with some non-Muslim co-workers and they all loved their meals. We were travelling on business and people at the office still talk about how great the food was at this place.
Lashish is closed, Palm Palace had opened in it;s place. The food is super here. The chicken wings is the only thing is not halal and one other item (according to one of the staff) I almost tried every thing in their menu and it's great and unique. We didn't like the kofta so mush though. The price is a litter high but for the type food it's reasonable.

Great place, amazing food (their chicken wings and chicken strips are NOT Halal, everything else is!)great ambience-we took guests visiting from Canada here- BUT, we felt it was racially divided- all the brown folk in the back portion of the place, and all the white folk in the very nicely decorated part up front! lol! typical third world owner mentality!
