If you are a Meat Lover you should definitely try Lamb Shank, that is something I haven't found anywhere else in Georgia. Amazing flavor with rice, hummus, baba ganous, salad and Pita bread. That one is a winner. Lamb Kabab platter is good too but a little dry. Shawarma is not upto the par as meat quantity is less as compared to veggies. But overall i can still recommend it to anyone for a delicious Mediterranean treat.
This place is close to my home and we have been there several times. the food is good and the place is usually busy which is a good sign. You have to wait for your order sometimes but overall the service is good. staff is very polite and friendly. I like their shawarmas but feel that the meat content is kind of not enough for a shawarma. or perhaps the veggie content is on the higher side. I also like their kababs and the platters (chicken breast strips). comes with humus and a whole bunch of different middle easterns salads. some are good and some are difficult to swallow. They make good pizzas especially the one with the shawarma meat on it. Overall, it is a decent place but not excellent.
Food is very good and the place is very clean. The only reason I can't give them 5 stars is because their customer service sucks. I don't know if they are intimidated by me for saying Salam or they don't know English too well. But overall it's a good place to get tasty sandwiches and entrees.
The food is consistently good, and the chefs there seem to know their way around the food pretty well. Their shawarmas are really good, though I am still hunting for a better shawarma. Will definitely go back there, especially for their entrees.
The Best Arabian food in Metro Atlanta very clean and excellent service
Just found out yesterday from the brother that they no longer buy meat from Crescent chicken but instead buy from Restaurant Depot. He said it was because there was no demand for zabihah halal. Saddest news ever, I used to be in love with this place. If the owners can read this, please bring back the zabihah meat!
The company I work for often has Jerusalem Bakery cater lunch when we have meetings. The food is consistently good in both quality and taste. I have never been to the restaurant so I am unable to comment on there premises or service.
Shawarma is amazing, the best I have had in Atlanta all food 100% halal family run business awesome food awesome place to eat try the feta pie
average food
The food is okay. Shawarmas are overrated. The food is not bad. It's just not great either.
Best shawrma platter in atlanta so far.halal food by Muslim owners.you must try it and not be disappointed.
I visited Jerusalem Bakery & Grill recently, and it turned out to be a really nice surprise for anyone craving hearty Middle Eastern food. The moment you walk in, there's a warm, welcoming vibe — a mix of casual restaurant energy and the comforting aroma of fresh bread baking somewhere nearby. It feels authentic without being flashy, which makes it a great spot whether you’re meeting friends, grabbing take‑out, or just treating yourself to something good. We started with hummus and warm pita — simple, but fresh and flavorful. For the main course, I went with a beef shawarma platter that came with rice, salad, and freshly baked pita bread. The meat was well-seasoned and juicy, with that char‑grilled flavor that really hits if you’ve missed good kebabs. The rice was fluffy, the salads light and fresh, and the pita was warm and soft — perfect for scooping up dips or wrapping around meat. Everything felt generous portion‑wise; I left feeling full but not overstuffed. One thing that stands out about Jerusalem Bakery & Grill is the variety. Whether you’re in the mood for shawarma, kabobs, vegan‑friendly platters, or just some fresh baked bread and pastries — there’s something for almost any craving. I appreciated that flexibility; it’s not just “one type of meal,” but a full Middle Eastern‑style spread, done well. Their vegetarian/falafel and veggie‑platter options looked good too, which is nice if you’re not after heavy meat-heavy meals. Service was friendly and down‑to‑earth. Staff checked in just enough, refilled drinks, helped with sauces and suggestions when we asked — without being overbearing. The atmosphere stayed relaxed even when the place got busy, which made the meal feel chill and unhurried. If you want honest food with real flavor, a cozy but casual vibe, and generous portions — especially something beyond the usual burger/pizza — Jerusalem Bakery & Grill is a solid pick. I’d definitely go back next time I’m in the mood for good Middle Eastern food.
