I visited this branch today, ordered the chicken pieces and pointed out to the lady working there (her name was Jenny) that one of the chicken pieces was a bit raw from inside. Instead of being apologetic, she started arguing with me as if she was trying to establish that she was right and I was wrong. I myself work at a retail store and the first thing they taught us was the customer service. If the customer has a valid complain, you should not argue with him and you should not try to prove that you are right and he is wrong. Because of poor customer service that I received today, I\'m giving this branch the minimum rating. If the manager or owner of this branch is reading my comment, teach some customer services to your staff and train them on how to handle the situation when customers have a complain. I\'m not going to return to this branch in future.

I was visiting Milton and tried their spicy chicken, it was so good and tender. They prepared it fresh for me, also the taters were amazing. I brought back some for my friends and they love it to.

I had a wrap with the "taters." The food was great, and the order was prepared very quickly, despite that it was lunch time, and they had quite a few customers. Halal certificate is posted behind cashier, although, the issue date looked like a future date. I also could not read the issuer of the certificate. Price was on par with other fast food restaurants.
