This place is a waste of my time. I asked them for lamb caul fat and they sent me from pilar to post in trying to get some. In the end, turns out that I need to be there in the morning of slaughter as they can't keep it aside for me (cant understand why?) and then when I called to see if they were slaughtering the next day they said they would find out and call me back but didn't. When I called them back they just said "we don't have any left", very odd? Anyhow, found another farm that will put this aside for me and no issues with them doing that. I will aviod Romford Halal Meats from now on.
