We had dinner here last week and ordered the Summer Sizzler with some other side dishes. Service is efficient and food quality and taste is good. I however feel that you are paying more for setting an ambiance than for food, because the food is not much different than what is available at less pricier establishments. They charge you R25 for a 1.5l bottle of water whilst it is available at other restaurants in the same mall for R15.

Delicious food, big portions, good service, salaah facilities inside and good location. And their strawberry daiquiris are to die for!

Somewhat disappointed with their seafood platter. For what's available in this part of the world, I'd give the restaurant 3.5 stars for food, 4.5 for setting. Having a restaurant in the swanky Gateway Mall I expected more from the food. Too oily and saucy. Very similar quality to Ocean Basket.

Delicious Portuguese restaurant in gateway mall. Great selection of fresh fish and lobster as well as steaks and chicken. The 1/2 spring chicken with chips is delicious and comes smothered in a smooth peri peri sauce!
