Good South Asian Comfort food. Biryani, Palow, Naan - Kabab, and Chicken Tikka. The restaurant is small and can get pretty crowded. I strongly suggest this place for their catering though. No one does it better. This is more of a take out type of place or a place that you go to eat comfort food from Pakistan, India, Bangladesh. They are one of the few places that offer Halwa puri, chanay etc on the weekends. By 11am on the weekends they are fully packed.

The folks here seem to have a lot of attitude from what i have seen. Contrary to a comment below, they DO BURN the NAAN all the time for to go orders (even if you ask them not to). Very few beef dishes are available,. The food does taste good. So don't cone here expecting much... just enjoy what you get and keep your mouth shut is the way to go.

Absolutely love this place. Been coming here for years now. Usually for naan seekh kebabs tikka and other basic tandoor dishes. Never disappoints. Also on Sundays they have sort of like a brunch consisting of puri cholay and halwa (it is utterly amazing). Pricing is always good. Staff is nice but can come off as rude if you don't know them. Not the fanciest restaurant but hey I came for the great food!

Our go-to restaurant when raving desi food. Biryani, chicken karara and goat curry is off the hook!

I would not call this place a fine dining restaurant but it has the makings of a typical Pakistani restaurant. Good food decent atmosphere, best thing is the BBQ try the chicken karara. I usually go with friends & family on weekends.

Consistently the best naan you will find in the area (THEY WILL NOT BURN IT). I'm big fan of their kebabs and tandoori chicken. Not the best place to bring people, more of a take out place. Although this is place to get Pakistani/Indian food in the area.

They seem to specialize in bad food/service. Prices are very high for food/service quality. Will not return.

They only serve leftovers... nothing seems to be fresh and they do not have many items... Only can order what you see in front of you. They really need to rethink their srtategy.

Food is respectable. The place is very small and dirty looking. The people behind the counter aren't that friendly (especially the cook who kept coughing into the Naan).

I used to go here when I was a med student at NYCOM. Great place. Cheap. I still go whenever I'm in the island. Recommend the chicken tikka and kabobs. Always ask for them to be made fresh when you go there.

Small place but great atmosphere and amazing food - true to the original tastes of a traditional home cooked meal.
