Absolutely disgusting service. We were not served at all and there were multiple waiters and waitresses going around to the other tables. Eventually we had enough and went to the counter to order and were told we have to wait for a waitress and I argued back that we've been there for 20 minutes already and not been served or even been given a menu to look at. The female cashier gave attitude and then took our order. After almost an hour we go back in to check what's the delay and had to end up calling out the manager and we see him pulling out our slip from under a whole stack of take away orders while we were sit in customers. Multiple people had come and gone already and they hadn't even started with our orders. It was only 4 small items. 2 sundaes, a hot chocolate and a waffle. The sundaes came so messy and with ice cream and sauce dripping down the sides of the glass. It looked pretty disgusting. The waffle wasn't even made at that point and after another 15 minutes the waitress brings out the waffle and you can check the pictures for reference. The presentation was awful. How does a place like this serve a soggy waffle, that was 'freshly made' with melted ice cream and cream on top?! The wafer was laying on top of the pool of ice cream on the waffle and the waitress told me that was mine. I asked how they can even serve something like that that looks so appalling and disgusting. She gives even more attitude and rolls her eyes and asks if I want them to make another one and I said yes. I just look at my husband and he said we're not dealing with this anymore and we want a refund. We went in to go find the manager and the waitress with my waffle. I took the waffle back from her to show the manager and he didn't even offered sincere apologies or any substitutes. We even pointed at the other newly made waffles which looked great but then pointed back to ours to show the comparison. We had to fight to get our refund for the waffle but honestly this was such a disappointing experience with MilkyLane. If I could give zero stars, I would. Definitely won't be going back.
