Very disappointing experience. I ordered the Malabari Chicken Biryani, and it was not good at all. The chicken pieces were of very poor quality, tasted unpleasant, and seemed overcooked. The biryani lacked authentic flavor and was not enjoyable. The service was also poor. We asked for tap water, but it was never brought to our table, even after waiting. Overall, both the food and service were disappointing. I hope the restaurant improves its food quality and customer service in the future.
The mushroom dumplings (xiao long bai) were light, delicate and delicious. The chocolate dumplings with cream fillings were also delicious, unique and refreshing. The veg noodles with spicy sauce was also great. I’d suggest sticking to the chef specials. Good vegetarian options, friendly service and the atmosphere is very refined. We loved seeing the care and attention to details taken with preparing the dumplings at the restaurant at the open kitchen. Overall, highly recommended!
