The food was mediocre at best. The owner said the meat was from a hand slaughtered source. When I visited the store I was skeptical about that when I saw the agha khan picture on the wall. I didn't return again.
Food is nothing special. Nice to see that the alcohol is gone. Naan is good.
Visited this location a couple of times and purchased chicken biriani and samosa etc. food was decent - I was not convinced of the freshness of the food (cooked the same day) however the taste was descent. Atmosphere can improve!
I found their food to be good, but not great. The day I dined their they were not busy and it took them awhile to bring my additional naan, which made my food cold. The atmosphere is below average and cluttered. There are better choices, but if you're craving karahi chicken and naan they do a good job in the taste department.
This place is wonderful for great Pakistani/Indian Halal food! We are 3 people, 1 Pakistani, 1 Indian and 1 Egytpain. We got the BBQ mix platter and biryani and we were extremely satisfied! I would definitely recommend this place!
Owners are really nice. I found their kebabs and chicken tikka amazing. Also tried mango lassi, faluda, paani puri, and naan. No complaints, food was exquisite! Disclosure: I am the website developer for this restaurant.
They have been approved for a liquor license, (was printed in Durham newspaper, can also be found on ontarios liquor website) Plz avoid this place
The food is always fresh and hot....the service is absolutely great! the owners are extremely friendly and provide great service...they have the best naans ever!
We've had the lamb biryani, curry chicken, tikka chicken, halwa puri, and a couple of other dishes. Alnoor kebab is always friendly, fresh, and tastes a lot better than most of the other restaurants we have eaten at in Durham. Reasonable prices too.
Very yummy. Friendly staff and good prices. Will return.
Ordered delivery through Skip and will not order again. Quality of food was very poor. Ordered butter chicken, beef mishkaki, mogo fries, and naan. The chicken tasted off and the sauce was not right. The beef looked burnt and did not taste good. The mogo fries looked and tasted old like they were reheated. The naan was burnt and some of it looked like they were made at a different time/batch. We could not finish our plate of food. Overall a bad experience unfortunately.
