I'm really not the type to give a bad review, especially for small businesses. But the service at this establishment is seriously HORRENDOUS. I came to collect a Relay parcel only to be informed that they no longer held the parcel anymore. The man at the till told me off by saying that they only hold parcels for one day, and that these postal services "lie" about the length of the collection period. He then doubled down by claiming that "students like me" have time after class to collect our parcels, so there isn't any reason why we couldn't collect them the day it arrives before shop close. Mind you, I came a day before the collection due date, and this was the second time I was at the shop for the same parcel (the first time was when the parcel just arrived, but a kind lady told me it hasn't arrived even though Relay said it has). I've never had an experience like this with other shops that offer the same service. If you're the store owner and is seeing this review- please ask yourself why offer this service if you aren't going to fulfill it?
