The owners are Muslim and have confirmed its halal status.. Chicken is bought from Sams, but halal lamb and beef are personally slaughtered by the owner.
Casa Grill (previously known as Casablanca Caf) is a Middle-Eastern Moroccan-style restaurant in Memphis, Tennessee. Aimer Shtaya is the humble owner, and he is always glad to have you as his guest. You will find a variety of delicious appetizers like Hommus and Baba Ghannouge. Our entrees cannot be beaten anywhere. You will find succulent lamb, mouth-watering salmon, and even vegetarian platters.

Absolutely awesome place to eat, owner was very friendly and helpful. He helped us to select the dishes out of the menu. Food was delicious and portions were huge. Their tea is also very good. Place is clean and decor is very traditional. I highly recommend this restaurant if you are in mood for Middle Eastern food in Memphis.
They have a new branch in midtown (1707 Madison Ave), which is a bit tricky to find at first but so worth it. Same menu as the Poplar location but service is much better in my opinion and considerably faster without a doubt. Wonderful place to dine in. Definitely try their tea. I also love their chicken fettuccini alfredo, shawerma platter, and salmon/tilapia/shrimp dish. Probably my single favorite place to eat in Memphis.
Good food. I had the Poisson Fish sandwich for dinner last night and enjoyed every last bit of the large portion that was served. Service was a little slow but they were very friendly and efficient. Also the restaurant was busy.
Hands down one of the best experiences i have had. Started with the Taxi driver not charging em for my trip from the hotel because he was Muslim and I was a guest. Then I bought the driver some baklava, because he would not come in to have dinner with e, and the restaurant manager refused to take money for that either.... subhanallah... Great food ad great service!
The restaurant has nice decor and good food. Service is ok not too slow not too fast. The food is delicious but expensive. The portion size is big so makes up for the steep price. Would go again for sure!
A treat hands down, we visited the one in Germantown. Outstanding with excellent service and very nice decor !
Service is ok, food is boiled....Price for lamb chops is $23 and no sides except plain rice and carrot.
One of the best restaurants owned by a Muslim brother. The food was absoloutely magnificint! The place is clean and well-decorated. The hospitality was completely unforgettable especially by the owner himself.
Staff was courteous and service was very good. However, the food quallity was not up to the mark and the quantity of food was just too small. We did not feel the food was enough to fill the stomach.
