It was a very disappointing visit. Nothing about the experience met expectations. The cleanliness was poor, with spider webs clearly visible in the toilets and no soap available. The service was equally disappointing. The staff member taking our order was unfriendly, did not greet us with a smile, and struggled to handle a simple customization request correctly. After all that, I was at least hoping the food would be good, but it was not. I specifically asked for extra sauce on my peri-peri chicken, yet there was hardly any sauce on it. The chicken itself was very dry and lacked flavor. Overall, I would not recommend this place. I hope the staff improve their attitude, pay more attention to customer service, and maintain better cleanliness standards in the future.
