ESH

The concept of ESH is directly taken from the popular Japanese Sushi chain, Yo!Sushi. The seating arrangement is a single row around the food preparation area and there is a conveyor belt in front. The ready dishes turn around on the conveyor belt and you can pick up whatever you fancy. All the Lebanese "mezze" dishes are featured in the menu, though depending on the time of the day, the available selection may vary. You can also order the usual grills and soup as well. The only downside is that they do not have a charcoal grill, so they are not top notch. But, the continous passing of fattoush, tabbouleh, okra, helloumi cheese, sambousak, mousaka, hummus on the conveyor belt, all looking very fresh and delicious, surely ramps up one's appetite! Like Yo!Sushi, the price of each dish is color coded, so at the end of the meal, the bill is calculated according to how many empty dishes you racked up in front and their colors of course!
