Me and my wife just tried this a few days ago and we both really enjoyed it. More flavourful than some of the "other" franchises in the immediate vicinity. The chicken was very juicy and the sauce was spicy, a good mixture. It was more pricey than I expected. But the owners were very nice and hospitable.

Today I ordered a "Rockbox Regular" Chicken & Beef Shawarma from this location and was very disappointed to receive it in a much smaller plastic container than usual. The portion was nearly half the size I’ve always received in the past. What’s worse is that the menu and promotional images still show the normal paper box, which is misleading. When I asked staff about it, I was simply told: “This is what we use.” If you're increasing meal prices, reducing portion size this drastically is not an acceptable approach. It undermines customer trust. I hope this practice is reconsidered.
