GoogleExtremely disappointing experience at OZ Konya. We were a group of 8 and waited quite a while for our food, which we initially overlooked. However, the grill platter we received was clearly burnt and not acceptable. When we raised this politely, the situation got worse. Instead of addressing the issue, the chef became defensive, then openly hostile. He refused to replace the food, made inappropriate remarks, and ultimately told us to leave. This wasn’t just poor food quality but also it was outright unprofessional and disrespectful service. No accountability, no basic customer handling. Would not recommend. Danish Food Authority should make regular checks here.
