AVOID AT ALL COST! I visited on Aug 06,2014 at 10:15 pm with my wife. We ordered two chapli kebobs. Food came 30 mins after although we don\'t have any issue waiting for good food. The kebobs were completely raw, a health hazard, and meat was served pink! We showed raw meat to the server standing beside the cashier, he smiled and took the food saying \"It\'s ok, no worries. Sorry about that\". Food was not replaced, we left with empty stomach and out of dinner money. Thanks for raw meat which is a health hazard and taking our money in return for nothing. If you want to risk your health eating raw food then you should visit, if you don\'t care about your health or what you eat. There are tons of other alternative in Peel region for Afghani food and this place is not one of them.

Delicious food and clean establishment. I have been to this restaurant several times with family and friends and have always had a great experience. With all the fierce Halal competition in the same plaza, they seem to still be busy. Definitely a repeat.

Good food but overly priced considering the quantities Finding place to sit remains a big challenge , also they need to rethink on accepting credit cards as not every one carries Cash and/or Debit Cards A true afghani flavor of rice reminds me of Ruz Bukhari back in KSA

Every time same great taste. This is the best Halal Food option in North America. They should also open their locations in New York, Houston,Atlanta,Chicago. Halal or non Halal,Muslim or non Muslim every body likes it.A minimum wait of half an hour always at their Dixie location.

best restaurant ever! good portions of rice and meat plus the bread is freshly made. you can't beat that! decent prices, and you do have to wait a little but that's only because they want to give you quality food. it also gives you time to hunt for a table. i wish there was a restaurant like this in hamilton!

We tried the soltani platter, Kafta kabab wrap and chicken kabab platter. Food was delicious. The wait time for our food was a little excessive and the portions are not that big, however overall, not bad.

So many wonderful reviews -- and here I go to add another! Food is awesome -- great portion sizes and is good price wise also. Only concern is: the seating arrangement is a pain! Have to really search for a table --- for that reason, not the best place to bring elderly.

Great food, good price, seating/atmosphere is typically of halal resturant. It's hard to find a place to sit since its always busy and the food takes about 10-15 mins to make. If they can fix that I would give them a 5.

Zaberdast place! Food was really great. Staff was bit dry, but who cares. Its kinda self service. Food takes time to be ready, but coz its a crowded place. Enjoy drinks (soft of course) while waiting. As stated by others, this is a place for meat lovers, like me. Will surely go back there.

Once upon a time the food was great. I was a regular at this place until an year ago then I stopped going altogether. The food went hero to zero within an year. The service became worst (not that it was any good before, as you gotta find your own seating to eat like in food court and if you can't find a seat, good luck. We once ate outside on a sidewalk). And you don't want to do take out. The meat becomes polymer rough textured plastic if you try to do take out over 10km distance. Not to mention the horrendous time to get your food. Average is anywhere between 30 to 45 minutes on a weekend to get rice and kebab or seekh tikkas (meat pieces on skewer). If you have time, you should go try it, as they still are better than any other Afghan cuisine in GTA.

The food is okay, but not really authentic afghan food. For impatient people this is not a good place to go as it takes a long time to not just TAKE the order but to get the order. Theres barely any room to sit and it gets very humid in the summertime. Also, for a fast food environment the prices are a bit overpriced.

Food is great with enough quantity in plate to feed 2 persons. The only thing which bothers everyone is the seating arrangement. It is not organized and one has to stand almost half an hour to get a table there. All else is good. I would recommend others to order a takeout instead of dining in there.

No doubt that the food quality is above average, however it is expensive, considering that it is served fast food style with self service. The place becomes like a zoo over the week-ends and there are fights between customers for seating.

I went to Bamiyan Kabob House location in Mississauga (1 of 3 in the GTA). The food was really good, the price is above average for the amount of food you get at a Fast food joint. ~$65 for 5 people. Well, it is a Fast food place, hence no servers. The time it took to serve a larger order was also a bit much. Quality of the food is great, well-cooked and dressed, rice is quite Soggy. This place is always busy, sometimes with VERY long lineups (on Friday nights and Weekends), so go at an off-time or a weeknight. Also, you'll be able to find seating faster and be served quicker.

I used to go there a lot last year. Recent visit with some family members was a surprise as the food items were not the same taste/quality. I found out later on that the management may have changed. :( Things like lamb meat/chappli kabob's weren't the same. Too bad I can't recommend this place the same way I used to!

The Chappli kabobs is a good item here. Sultani Kabob is second on the list, however the quantity on that is questionable. One good thing to add would be a single serving pack of butter with each rice item, which is quiet traditional with such cusine, on an international level. Alienix

This place is pretty good. We went with a group of 6 people and tried several different dishes. The lamp chops are very good. Chicken Tikka Pieces, Sultani Kabob and Chapli kabob plates were all good. Interior of the restaurant is nice and clean. Very spacious and good for families. Note: This restaurant is not a "sit down" (i.e. no waiters come and serve you) place, since you have to pick up your order from the counter.

I went their for lunch along with three other colleagues at work. The food is quite good, but the service is not all that great. One of the girls at the cash counter was quite rude. We all have experienced the same attitude twice over there. I don't think I will be going back. My order was late and I didn't get what I ordered.

We tried the place for the first time yesterday. Liked the food and the decor. Hearty serving and tasty kebobs. There's lots on the menu to choose from. They might wanna consider opening more such food chains in west Mississauga or in the Oakville area. The venture would definitely take off among Muslim community in the GTA which is growing by leaps and bounds. We will frequent this place for sure.

Food was good and, according to several Afghans, very traditional and "Like Mom" makes (only they assured me THEIR moms make it better...) Price is moderate and acceptable for the quality of the food. Staff is very friendly and all Afghani.
