I ordered a board from them to the UK but the customs charge turned out to be way higher than I was originally quoted (by a 3rd party service). I contacted Titus to ask if it was okay for the package to be returned and they said it was fine and they will issue a refund as soon as it arrives. Fantastic customer service and very friendly and forgiving.
