About Meram
Meram Restaurant has opened its first restaurant in Amsterdam East in 1999. Meram opened its second office in Rotterdam West in 2006. In 2009 Meram expanded its brand with Meram Lounge in Amsterdam Southeast. A year later the fourth restaurant was opened in Rotterdam South. Another year later in 2011 Meram opened its fifth restaurant in Amsterdam West. Meram had the pleasure to open Meram Cafe in 2012, this is the sixth restaurant and is based in Amsterdam East.

this restaurant has normally good food. Unfortunately they cannot maintain the quality and the taste of the food. It used to be good, but it seems to go backwards every time.

Found this place as we had been out with the kids to Plasijwick park and wanted some good food. We were well surprised about the portion size and the quality of the food. If our next few day travels were close to this place I would have eaten there over and over again. Try the chicken shawarma with chips toasted in the oven with cheese and topped with sauces and salad. Yummy can still feel my mouth watering thinking of it. Would definitely recommend
