Great place

This is a fairly good restaurant and the staff is very friendly. The manager assured me that the food is halal. I had tawook sandwich and it was great. I would certainly recommend this place to anyone who is traveling to Farmington Hills or Novi area

so, on my recent trip to mi, we ate at this place and this is how it all went.. being very skeptical, we entered the restaurant and where greeted by the owner him self. Now this gentleman is not only a good host but a very good businessman. he told us right away, that our expressions where sill doubting of eating there or not so he made us an offer we couldnt refuse.. he told us that the food will be on him, if we dont like it. so..we tried it. fresh thick pita bread, and 2 oz cream ramekins with thick fresh robust garlic sauce. This sauce was very fresh, you could see the green specks of potent intense garlic in this dip/sauce. i am pretty sure this tiny ramekin had perhaps 10 cloves! it was very very good just with the fresh baked bread but then we tried their special house spicy hammus and this was perhaps the best hammus i have ever had. it was perhaps the holy grail of all the hammuses i have ever tried or have made my self.. it was a perfect balance of heat, and lemony tangyness (if there is such a word).. we had quail and chicken sharwama and both their entrees was very flavorful with perfectly cook and roasted veggies. we payed happily for the wonderful food and good hospitality and i will always come back to this place.

Didn't do it for me. "our red meat and poultry are halal" was disingenuous. Raised a flag for me. Was explained that a very few items (e.g. chicken wings etc) were NOT halal. Can't understand why they wouldn't just get rid of the non-halal stuff given the large number of other menu items? Lost me as a customer.

Great food and service. Definitely worth a visit.

Food is really good and people are VERY friendly over there.. They even have plans to expand the restaurant after buying the shop next to them.
