I had an exceptional experience at Madhu’s, thanks to the outstanding service from Franco Fernandes. From the moment we were seated, Franco made us feel genuinely welcomed and well looked after. His professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail truly elevated our dining experience. What impressed me most was his excellent food recommendations. Every dish he suggested was spot‑on — flavourful, beautifully presented, and exactly what we were in the mood for. It’s rare to meet someone who understands both the menu and the guest so well, but Franco does it effortlessly. He checked in at the right moments, ensured we had everything we needed, and carried himself with a calm confidence that made the evening feel special. Madhu’s is known for its quality, but staff like Franco are what make the experience memorable. Highly recommended — thank you, Franco, for making our visit exceptional.
