I asked the gentleman behind the counter, "What do you have that is halal today?" He said, "This is America. If you want halal, go to Makka." Upon further prying, he said he was the boss of the shop and refused to say it was halal (or zabiha).

Average Crown Fried Chicken. Very consistent tasting with the other Crown Chicken establishments up and down the east coast. Busy street with a lot of traffic.

Verbal assurance from staff that breast meat and thigh meat are halal. The UPenn MSA often caters from this establishment. Delicious food!
