They aren't Muslim and they don't serve halal as they claim. Caught the owner lying about the meat when he made several stories about how he doesn't know where he gets it from etc. wouldn't trust.

I have been to Kaarma several times, their food is really good, plus it is one of the Best Halal places in State College. It s a family owned restaurant, staff is friendly. The owners are from India, they are familiar with Muslims and Islamic Halal food. You gotta try their lunch buffet, and they dont charge extra for Saturday buffets :)
