Dulu, thanks to you (and your previous partners) for having the courage to start up such a niche business for a minority market in the 1990s in this towny part of Cambridge. We know it couldn't or wouldn't have been easy but here you are, part of the trail-blazing. Thanks for the staple sustenance in the past few decades and, a little taste of home for my parents.
