I would give minus stars if it was possible. I regret to say that my experiences with this company have been consistently disappointing. On my first order, the delivery window was stated as 45 minutes to one hour, but the pizza arrived an hour and a half later—and with the wrong order. I am 10 mins down the road. I chose to give the benefit of the doubt and placed a second order a few weeks later. Despite clarifying my previous poor experience, I was again given a delivery estimate of one hour, only to have the pizza arrive more than two hours later, stone cold. For context, standard delivery services such as Amazon, DPD, and Royal Mail offer faster and more reliable delivery than this establishment’s own service. Waiting over 2 hrs for a pizza is frankly absurd and reflects poorly on the company’s commitment to customer satisfaction. If you want a pizza delivered stone cold make your order at tea time for it to arrive for dinner time. I cannot recommend this business and would advise others to look elsewhere for reliable and timely service.
